1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our services (including design, web development, and AI automation), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment for our services, the client assumes ownership of the final delivered product (e.g., website code, design assets). However, PIXEX Studio retains the right to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

3. Services Provided "As Is"

Our services, websites, codebases, and AI automation tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PIXEX Studio does not warrant that the deliverables will be error-free, completely secure, or operate without interruption.

4. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that PIXEX Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

PIXEX Studio takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for how you choose to use the delivered products, websites, or AI systems. We are not liable for any content you publish, any regulatory compliance issues (including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, ADA compliance, or industry-specific regulations), or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from the use or inability to use the product. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the delivered product complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

5. Revisions and Scope

Project scopes and revision rounds are explicitly defined in your project proposal or package selection. Any requests outside the agreed-upon scope or exceeding the allotted revision rounds will be subject to additional billing.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
